Hello and welcome to our cabin! We’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation! Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody! Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out. Quiet hours are 10p-8am. Although the property is private, we do have neighbors bordering 3 sides of the property and ask guests to please be respectful of that. No loud music or otherwise disruptive behavior can be tolerated. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! Please try to be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Have fun! This is YOUR vacation time, and we hope you make the most of our wonderful property, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area. House Rules: 1. Don't burn the house down. 2. Don't kick our goats. No, seriously. :) 3. HAVE FUN! 4. This house is on a septic system- please read (and follow) the signs for kitchen sink and use of the toilets. If the property or its contents exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 5. Many of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. No loud music or otherwise disruptive noise/ behavior can be tolerated as this cabin is located in a neighborhood with neighbors on 3 sides of the property. 6. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated, and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount. 7. No parties or events are allowed. 8. Any small gathering is restricted to ten people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise. 9. No glass allowed in hot tub for safety reasons. 10. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 11. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Mountain Getaway Near Asheville Your pets deserve a vacation too! Our cabin welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs (up to 50 lbs) or cats (pet fee: $75 per stay applies). Only pre-approved dogs or cats under 50 lbs are permitted. A $75 pet fee applies per stay. Pets must remain leashed and under adult supervision at all times outdoors. No pets are allowed in or near the fenced goat enclosures under any circumstances. All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of immediately using the provided supplies. Unauthorized pets, damage, or failure to follow these rules will result in additional cleaning or damage fees and may lead to early termination of the stay without refund. ***Please make sure you select ‘Bringing a pet’ when booking so the fee applies automatically. 12. All garbage must be disposed of inside garbage bags. Please do not place loose trash in outside trash receptacle. 13. Netflix and Amazon Prime movie rentals can be purchased using our account however you will be charged for each rental.

Guests will have keycode access to the property via private gate, and may access all areas of the property, except for the goat enclosures.
